Relocating to Copenhagen’s shipping hub in Tuborg Harbour
Monjasa has been a local partner to the Danish shipping community since opening a permanent office in Copenhagen in 2013.
Recent years’ positive developments in Copenhagen and a desire to move closer to customers and partners in the Danish capital now leads to a change of office address from Amaliegade to Philip Heymans Allé, located in the heart of Copenhagen’s shipping hub, Tuborg Harbour.

“Room for personal business”
On Friday 6 September, around 100 guests representing 50 different companies and organisations marked the new Monjasa office at a housewarming.
“These new premises invite to personal business and on behalf of Monjasa, I would personally like to thank everyone for the warm welcome. We are steadily building up a trading floor in Copenhagen and hopefully our daily presence in this area will benefit our partners,” says General Manager in Copenhagen, Mikkel Kannegaard.
From this new location, Monjasa will have 20 customers and partners located either in the same building or within a 5-minute walk from the office.
Trading and specialists’ functions
The new office space holds room for up to 35 colleagues and is located at the top floor, allowing a view to ships voyaging the Oresund Strait.
Besides trading of bunkers and marine lubricants, our Copenhagen office holds several specialists’ functions across Contract Management, Compliance, Credit and Finance supporting Monjasa sister offices worldwide.
