Monjasa Holding A/S strengthens the board
With thorough experience and profound knowledge of international shipping, Flemming Ipsen now takes part in consolidating Danish founded bunker group Monjasa as a global operator in challenging shipping markets.

Flemming Ipsen holds an educational background as lawyer and he has served 33 years with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. Most recently, Flemming has taken up the role as chairman of the board in international shipping group TORM during 2013-2015.
Jens Mathiasen resigns from the board
Concurrently, board member and lawyer Jens Mathiasen resigns from the board of Monjasa Holding A/S. However, it is agreed that Jens continues to work as lawyer and legal consultant for the Monjasa Group. This resignment also reflects the guidelines of good corporate governance, which aim for separating legal services and board services.
