In recent years, the Monjasa Group has experienced strong growth rates and now headquarters in Fredericia, Denmark reaches a significant milestone by employing 100 colleagues.

Improved Group structure for continued growth
By introducing improvements to the overall Group structure, Monjasa is ready to continue recent years’ strong growth within the shipping and oil industry.
The Group’s core business within global oil trading and supply, tanker vessels, and offshore wind activities, is now reflected in our Group organisation chart. Together, the individual companies: Downstream Holding A/S, Logistics Holding A/S and C-bed Holding B.V. now make up an umbrella for the Group’s expanding activities.
By introducing improvements to the overall Group structure, Monjasa is ready to continue recent years’ strong growth within the shipping and oil industry.
A simplified board structure across sister companies
Streamlining the Monjasa Group structure also gives rise to some minor changes in the board rooms across sister companies. As of May 2015, Group management makes up all boards of directors across the Group. At Monjasa Holding A/S, the present external Board of Directors carries on unaffected.
The result is a simplified structure, which enables Monjasa to further develop its global activities.
