In line with the Monjasa Group strategy and following strong growth in our global bunkering activities, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Ricky Kenbjerg as new Managing Director in Monjasa A/S (Denmark).
The Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) has announced the approval of Monjasa as the dedicated Oil Spill Responder (OSR) for Tier 2 and 3 spills in Dubai’s anchorages and offshore waters.

The Group’s core business within global oil trading and supply, tanker vessels, and offshore wind activities, is now reflected in our Group organisation chart. Together, the individual companies: Downstream Holding A/S, Logistics Holding A/S and C-bed Holding B.V. now make up an umbrella for the Group’s expanding activities.

Streamlining the Monjasa Group structure also gives rise to some minor changes in the board rooms across sister companies. As of May 2015, Group management makes up all boards of directors across the Group. At Monjasa Holding A/S, the present external Board of Directors carries on unaffected.
The result is a simplified structure, which enables Monjasa to further develop its global activities.
